We started off as a website development company. Back then being able to design a website was uncommon knowledge, and a highly sought after skill. Now anyone can design something that sort of looks like a website. We now consider the website as just part of the marketing equation. A critical part…but just one of the components in the overall strategy.
Over the years we made the shift from Website Development Company, to Digital Marketing Agency, and ultimately to the certified Inbound Marketing agency we are today. I personally failed the HubSpot certification test 3 times before passing it. Fortunately my team is smarter than I.

Chuck is a Training Coach and Certified Mentor who advises other Internet Consultants around the world on business strategies, Internet Marketing programs and website development management.
Before founding Kreative Webworks, Inc. in 1999, Chuck was Leader of Learning & Development and a manager of special projects for Honeywell. Chuck holds a BFA from Long Island University, and a MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Chuck also holds Certificates in Digital Electronics from DeVry University, Lean Enterprise System Design from the University of Tennessee, E-Commerce Business Strategies from USC and advanced Search Engine Optimization from SEMPO (Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization) and is HubSpot certified.
Chuck personally designs and oversees all of the firms digital marketing strategies for each individual client.
It’s unlikely that you will be able to work with us without working with Simon somewhere along the way. Regardless of who your primary contact is, very little gets done around here without Simon knowing about it.
Simon holds an Associate of Arts degree with Web Design and Development as his Major. He has successfully worked his way up to Operations Manager, overseeing all aspects of web development from start to finish. He has a thorough understanding of website design and development and keeps up with current technologies.

Marcia is a native Californian and the resident task master with years of experience in what she calls (tong-in-cheek) the “Administrative Sciences”. She is our Human Resources specialist, purchasing agent and bookkeeper.
Marcia has a variety of certifications from the Riverside Office of Education, El Camino College, CompUSA and Intuit.
Marcia is our longest tenured team member keeping the troops on task through her own proprietary blend of charm and intimidation since 1999.
Davina has a passion for helping others to pursue their goals. She has a heart for teaching and working in the creative digital world. Davina has experience teaching in diverse charter and public schools. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Master’s Degree in Education with a multiple-subject credential. Davina also holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Photography from The Art Institute of San Francisco, which has given her experience in advertising, marketing, web design, and digital media. With her broad experience in multiple fields of working with customer service, and serving the community, she’s well suited to oversee the success of our clients marketing campaigns.
Noelle combines analytical thinking with heart to drive meaningful growth on social media. Her approach comes from a place of caring, a desire to holistically understand the foundation of a business, and the people who drive its success. To her, authenticity is everything on social media and that is her #1 priority.
She graduated from Saint John Fisher College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications. However, she has been marketing since the Girl Scouts and has had a passion for design from a young age as well. Through the years, her keen eye for design and ability to empathize with people has really helped her find success in a career in marketing. Today she finds herself managing social media and advertising campaigns for both schools and multi-million dollar businesses.
With over 20-years of experience in the education industry, primarily in managing, training, coaching, data analysis, and operations management, Louie’s specialty is student enrollment analysis, and finding the weak link in the process.
Over the last few years, he’s helped schools such as DeVry University, multiple branches of the Art Institute of California, and several struggling Charter Schools turn their enrollment issues into waiting lists.
Now Louie works side by side with the Kreative Webworks school marketing team as an independent consultant and advisor to charter schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
Dr. Garcia has his EdD, in Educational Leadership and Administration from Argosy University, and his MBA in Marketing from DeVry University. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems form DeVry University in Westminister.
Jeannie is the President and CEO of JAG Consulting Services, specializing in the formation of K-12 private schools.
Before founding JAG Consulting Services in 2018, Jeannie founded Oak Crest Academy, a K-12 private school for gifted and talented children. She also founded Oak Crest Academy and was a co-founder of a local charter school as well as an independent study program within a large school district. She was responsible for setting up the framework for all programs.
Jeannie's passion for education began when she resided in Tokyo, Japan for two years teaching English as a second language after college. She realized at that point that education was going to be her future career. Jeannie and JAG Consulting have now teamed up with Kreative Webworks to provide clients with industry-specific specialists to handle every aspect of setting up a new private school, or elevating an existing school with expert results.
Jeannie is currently a doctoral student at Bradley University, earned a Master of Arts in Education degree, and a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. She also holds a Certificate in School Management and Leadership (CSML) from Harvard Business School.

Stefanie uses her passion for data and analytics to help her create a successful game plan through social media marketing. She uses feedback and successes to tailor her approach to get results for her clients while making the sales messaging feel authentic and true to her clients’ brand. Being honest and open is her not just to marketing, but to life.
She graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering. She has been working in social media marketing for 10 years and uses all her knowledge of problem solving to help her build out sales funnels for her clients. Her out-of-the-box thinking combined with her no-bull communication style has led her to find success for businesses of all sizes.
