This program transcends the typical menu driven list of services because the focus is not on a finite list of tasks based on a limiting schedule, but on overall results and satisfaction.
We start by making adjustments to your existing website. That would include conversion architecture and technology along with pertinent search engine related changes and updates.
Once the structural adjustments have been completed we move on to the active optimization phase of the program where we develop topic specific content that is prepared specifically to be search engine friendly. We also write articles that we will submit to Internet article publishers to build up our quality backlinks (a main ingredient to high page rank).
In tandem with the SEO phase, we start our Directory Submission program where (with your help) we develop your profile and strategically list you in tier one, two and three business directories each month. Some of these directories are just that… directories where consumers can locate your services. Other directories are “review” oriented where positive customer reviews carry a lot of weight to influence the prospects decision. These directories are also crucial because they rely on each other to validate your profile and your business. This is a major component to establishing your “digital presence” locally. In many circumstances, these directory listings also rank as part of your search results. We also highly recommend our optional “Customer Lobby” service where we actually call your clients and place their reviews on your website, Facebook and on Google search results.
We will manage your Paid search marketing (PPC) program for you at no additional cost. You simply pay for the search engine budget and we will manage everything else. That also includes your Display (banner) advertising campaigns if you exercise that option. We strongly recommend that we manage this for you instead of a third party because we integrate all of the activity into your reporting system so that we can monitor ALL activity and make strategic decisions accordingly.
If you already have a database of clients, we will manage your email marketing campaign for you using professional email marketing platforms. We will design your email template and send out your messages and maintain and monitor all the activity.
Monitoring, reporting, strategic planning and consulting: We will set up your own analytics account so that we can monitor all traffic and search engine activity (including PPC if we are managing it). This helps us monitor our progress and make incremental adjustments. We will prepare monthly summary and strategic planning reports indicating what we have done, what we are planning to do for the next month and any strategic changes we see as necessary. With this program, consulting and marketing advice is open ended.
As the title “Partner Plus Program” suggests, you will have an opportunity to be an active participant. That is why we provide you with a customized “Pre-Flight” plan and checklist that outlines what we need and expect from you.
